One more wasteful suit was brought against editorial staff of newspaper “Uralskaya Nedelya”

Director of Comprehensive School of Village Podstepnoye, Terektinsk District of West Kazakhstan oblast Akylbay Kaymuldin has brought a suit about recovery of KZT5000000 (USD34013) against editor-in-chief of the newspaper “Uralskaya Nedelya” Tamara Yeslyamova.
The charges stemmed from article “School conflicts” by Peter Trotsenko, which was published in the newspaper “Uralskaya Nedelya”. There was information on parent's meeting, conducted by parents of schoolchildren of comprehensive school of village Podstepnoye, Terektinsk district of West Kazakhstan oblast. They criticized the activity of Akylbay Kaymuldin as director of comprehensive school.
The court № 2 of Uralsk has begun examination of suit on October 28, 2010.
