Weekly independent newspaper “Uralskaya Nedelya” (West Kazakhstan) has announced about campaign “Action of Trust”. Readers of the newspaper proposed the idea and title of action. They began fund-raising for lending support to the exclusive, independent edition in West Kazakhstan. Everyone, who wanted to take participation in fund-raising should fill in special form and fetched it to the editorial office for registration. It was published in the edition. Editorial staff should return borrowed funds in fourteen months.
