Reporter of Aktau weekly “Lada” Olga Stukalova has made photo for pictures of the article devoted to activity of Public Service Center. Visitors of Public Service Center should stay in queue for a long period of time. Olga Stukalova was detained by security officers of Public Service Center. It was done by order of Head of Aktau Public Service Center, who has refused to introduce himself. She was held in one of the rooms by force. Chief Editor of the weekly called to Public Service Center there. After that Olga Stukalova was released.
