Editorial staffs of newspapers “Golos Respubliki” and “Vzglyad” distributed press release on April 08, 2010. The forum of portal “Respublika” http://comment-resp.com and video resource www.youtube.com have been out of access from 12.00 a.m. on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan on February 08, 2010. Only telephone subscribers of “Kazakhtelecom”, or providers, who bought traffic from “Kazakhtelecom” could not visit above mentioned resources.
The forum of portal “Respublika” have been out of access at 15.00 p.m. It was possible it from territory of Russia.
