Ruling of Medeu District Court of Almaty by suit of Timur Kulebayev was issued in Aktube region

Five court officers came to the editorial office of newspaper “Diaposone” on February 05, 2010. They were attended by some policemen for giving of ruling to Chief Editor Elena Getmanova.
This ruling was signed by Senior Court Executive Officer of Administrator of Courts of Aktube region A.R. Aubekova. There was a ruling of Medeu District Court of Almaty (on February 01, 2010) about ban to distribute any information, discredited honor and dignity of Timur Kulebayev; seizure of printed, but not disseminated output, contained above mentioned information.
The ruling of Medeu District Court of Almaty should be done in relation to newsstand “Gazety I Zhurnaly” and 21 media outlets in Aktobe and Aktube region. It should be necessary to sent fulfillment of this ruling for all city and district areas and inform about it in time.
