Court suppressed all media outlets to disseminate appeal of Mukhtar Ablyazov

On February 02, 2010 editorial staffs of newspapers “Respublika”, “Golos Respubliki”, “Vzglyad”, “Kursiv”; owners of these editions LLP “Letopis”, “IAC “Ayna” and “Kursiv News” received ruling and act of execution of Medeu District Court of Almaty on February 02, 2010.
As a result of it there will be seizure of mentioned editions and other tools of printed and electronic information, discredited honor and dignity of Timur Kulebayev. These media outlets and other ones and persons were prohibited to publish and distribute such information. It was necessary for making of stoppage of realization of printed, but not realized output, contained scandal information.
This ruling was done by Judge of Medeu District Court of Almaty D. Makhmetova in absence of defendants. It was done by request of representatives of T. Kulibayeva, concerning taking of measures of security of the claim.
Earlier, Deputy for Chairman of Board of Foundation “Samruk- Kazyna”, Chairman of Board of Directors of National Company “KazMunayGaz” Timur Kulebayev has addressed to court with suit about acknowledgement of untruth information, distributed by Mukhtar Ablyazov in mass media. M. Ablyazov published appeal, addressed to state power of China, where he mentioned about facts of corruption, connected with the activity of companies CNPC (China) in Kazakhstan.
