Tokbergen Abiev (chief editor of the newspaper Zakon I Pravosudie, Astana). He was convicted to three years of imprisonment during attempt of getting of information in 2008. Ramazan Yesergepov (editor-in-chief of the newspaper Alma-ata Info). He was convicted to three years of imprisonment for illegal collection and divulgation of state secrets in August 2009.
