“Chief Reader” of opposition newspaper “Taszhargan” Yermurat Bapi was sent to hospital

“Chief Reader” of opposition newspaper “Taszhargan” Yermurat Bapi was sent to Institute of Cardiology.
He felt himself unwell, lost his consciousness and took medical advice on May 25, 2009. Yermurat thinks that it is not connected with prosecutions of him and newspaper. Bapi has said that he will make issue of new newspaper with logo “Dat” after discharge from hospital in his conversation by telephone.
Newspaper “Taszhargan” has to pay grand sum for Deputy of Majilis of Parliament Romin Madinov on non-fulfillment of judgment deliberately on February 26, 2009. On April 23, 2009 Yermurat Bapi has been under administrative arrest for non-fulfillment of judgment.
Editorial staff said about stoppage of issue of the newspaper from intolerable conditions of work in day of arrest of Y.Bapi.
“Taszhargan” – is a continuation of publishing project of “Dat”. Opposition newspaper with such title was published in 1998 in Kazakhstan and it was closed by wasteful judgment. It changed ten titles. Yermurat Bapi was subjected to criminal, civil and administrative prosecution several times. He was put on probation for one year of imprisonment for Infringement upon Honour and Dignity of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Impeding His Activity. Y. Bapi can not make publishing activity during last five years. He signs in data-line as “chief reader”.
