Judge has brought suit 5 000 000 tenge to newspaper “Diapason” from Aktobe

On April 03, 2009 judge of Aktobe regional court Adaybek Seydullayev has addressed to court of Aktobe with suit about protection of honor, dignity, business reputation and recovery 5 000 000 tenge as damage to founder of the newspaper “Diapason” and LLP “Rifma”.
The charges stemmed from article by Michael Katani “Show on court scene-2”, published in the newspaper “Diapason” on July 03, 2008. There was information on civil process under chairmanship of Judge A. Seydullayev by suit of R.V. Shmidt to LLP “Rifma” about reinstatement in work. There was given estimation of procedural actions of the judge and decision, which was taken by him.
Judge A. Seydullayev thinks that newspaper charges him of violations of law. As a result of it he has sufferings in connection with it.
