Head of editorial office of newspaper “Taszhargan” Yermurat Bapi was free by protest of Public Prosecutor of Almaly district of Almaty in three hours after his arrest on April 23, 2009.

Head of editorial office of opposition newspaper “Taszhargan” Yermurat Bapi was arrested for five days persistent non-fulfillment of judgment. There was early judgment about recovery of 30 000 000 tenge ($200 000 USD) as moral damage in favor of Deputy of Majilis Romin Madinov.
