Punishment for recognition

The consideration of administrative case in relation to Chief Editor of the newspaper “Focus-Facty, Otsenki, Commentarii”Galina Dyrdina under p.1 of article 350 “Violation of order of imprint insertion” of Code of Administrative Violations was finished in Specialized Inter District Administrative Court of Almaty.
The charges stemmed from misprint in imprint of first issue of the newspaper. There was № 1 on December 24, 2008 in spite of December 29, 2008. When Galina Dyrdina has seen it, she phoned to Ministry of Culture and Information and said about it.
She can be punished by a fine in an amount to twenty monthly assessment indices with confiscation of circulation of media’s output.
The court has decreed about fine in an amount to five monthly assessment indices. Confiscation of circulation of media’s output has been impossible, however first issue of the newspaper was disseminated totally.
