Young bloggers continue campaign “For Free Internet!”

Young bloggers of the Republic of Kazakhstan have disseminated next appeal among like-minded persons consolidated with initiative group “For Free Internet!”
We have small time protecting our right for free getting and distribution of information in Internet.
We would like to explain that all Internet-resources will be equated with mass media in accordance with adopted amendments in law “On Information and Communication Networks”. It means that everyone will be responsible for the content of article, song, video or reference to it in accordance with law “On Mass Media” and other legislative acts, regulated activity of mass media. It is connected with placement on personal blog or page in social network. We are internet-users, in correspondence with our friends, having personal diary or share our impressions about current events. We have not to be responsible with mass media!
We have to protect our constitutional rights! More 400 Internet-users have been already addressed to Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan on his personal blog. They have asked not to adopt these amendments. But, our arguments were not listened. We have decided to make DDos-attack (it means attack of friends) on blog of three persons, capable influence on the situation.
It is necessary to make next thing for expression of virtual protest against amendments, violated your rights:
1. Visit personal blog of Prime Minister of Karim Masimov http://blogs.e.gov.kz/blogs/masimov_k, blog of Chairman of Agency of Information and Communication of the republic of Kazakhstan Kuanyshbek Esekeyev http://blogs.e.gov.kz/blogs/esekeev_k and blog of Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Kazakhtelecom” Askar Zhumagaliev http://blog.telecom.kz/?mod=news&Ing=rus&opt=viewnews&id=2.
2. There was function of preliminary moderation of questions, send your message of next content in the chapter “Commentary”.
Dear Ladies and Gentlemen!
I am a citizen of the Republic of Kazakhstan and client of national provider, ask for you to protect my civil and constitutional rights, make all attempts for recall of law of information and communication networks in accordance with communication networks and world tendencies, promote individual law, regulated Internet-sphere, which should be met to next criterions:
1) Make access to Internet as inalienable right of citizens.
2) Mass Media should recognize Internet-resources such as, Internet-newspapers, information portals, websites of printed editions and TV Radio companies.
3) There are no any amendments in law “On Mass Media”, because all electronic mass media are under action and development of law “On Internet”.
4) Blocking of websites, including foreign ones should be made by judgment with obligatory warning of the defendant. If website of mass media is blocked, but presence of the defendant is necessary.
5) Blocking of foreign Internet-resources should be made if it has information on pornography, propaganda of war, extremism and terrorism, incitement of national and confessional enmity; propaganda or agitation of violent change of constitutional regime, violation of integrity of the republic. This information has been admitted as illegal by other legislative acts of the republic.
6) Law-enforcement organs must investigate facts of cyber-crimes. It means parole theft, numbers of credit cards, non-sanctioned access to personal information, “fishing”, DDos-attack on Internet-resources and e.g.
3. Please, keep a message to three blogs, send void message to our email blokirovke.net@gmail.com. It is necessary for us for estimation of the action participants. We know that comments on blog of the government and Chairman of the Management Board of JSC “Kazakhtelecom” will be deleted. We must know number of participants of our action.
You must provide proof for right for personal freedom! We are for freedom of idea, conscience, speech and self-expression!
Say “no” to censorship in the network! Say to your friends about our actions.
