Bloggers of the Republic of Kazakhstan have begun an action “For Free Internet”

Young bloggers were troubled by appearance of draft law, which proposes blocking of access to the foreign websites. They have set up initiative group “For Free Internet”. There was an appeal to like-minded persons under slogan “Ask a question to Karim Masimov million times!!!”
There was information in the appeal:
“Your favourite websites, portals, blogs and social networks can be non-accessible at the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan in next future. Deputies of Majilis consider amendments to law of information and communication networks. We can say only one thing that if these proposed amendments are adopted, but state power will have right to block unlike websites.
The blocking will take not only independent mass media, but only websites incongruous with official position of point of view and idea. You can remember last blocking of the newspaper “Live Journal”. None can guarantee that it will concern popular social networks such as, www.odnoklassniki.ru, www.facebook.com or other resources, which are popular among Internet-users as, www.youtube.com.
If Internet-community will not be against this initiative, the country can be in information blockade. For example, Uzbekistan with its limited number of websites. There was beginning of the process in the country. As Chairman of Agency of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuanyshbek Yesekeyev has said that AIC carries out technical tests of websites blocking. He has said about it last week.
Remember! This draft law will be adopted by people, who have no any idea about Internet. We have last hope. We have to apply for Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He is experienced blogger and can understand and support our position.
We would like to suggest you to take participation in mass DDos-attack (it means attack of friends) on the blog of Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan. You can ask a question to him thousands times!!! Your task is:

2. You have to find chapter “Culture and information”
3. You may voice protest against legitimation of censorship in network, using text (see below, do ctrl+c and ctrl+v).

As Chairman of Agency of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kuanyshbek Yesekeyev has said that AIC carries out technical tests of websites blocking.
We worry about this situation and think that is violation of our civil rights. It is infringement into our personal interests and violation of constitutional rights for private life and free getting and distribution of information. It is direct restriction of desire of citizens and discrimination.
We apply for you not to admit law, where state power can block any websites by its own wish, and Public Prosecutor can stop their function without permission of the court.
Today, Internet- is single tool for people, where they can provide their ideas and get any information. We make sure that it is necessary to make proper ideology and value system.
We get a result if there will be more same messages on the blog of Prime Minister.
We are for freedom of idea, conscience, speech and self-expression!

International Foundation for Protection of Freedom of Speech “Adil soz” welcomes this initiative and wants to suggest action of campaign “For Free Internet”. There is doubt to conduct DDos-attack even it is attack of friends on the blog of Prime Minister of the Republic Karim Masimov.
