There was a suit for 100 000 000 tenge to newspaper “Alma-ata Info” and journalist Askhat Bimenbetov

The businessman V. Alefirenko has filed a lawsuit against editorial staff of the newspaper “Alma-ata Info” and free-lance correspondent Askhat Bimenbetov. He has demanded to recover 100 000 000 tenge as damage and refutation of the material, published in the article “Financial Police helps to make unreal money” on September 05, 2008.
This article has been about legal activity of the enterprise of Legal Agency “KZ SHIELD” and firm of Closed Joint-Stock Company “BUKA” in the sphere of copyrights. Journalist has told that V. Alefirenko presenting Russian enterprise, made control purchases in trade points, distributed indeterminate audio and video production. Owners of trade points have paid by cash or transfer to solve this question on the place. They have wanted to escape courts. There was also information on action of financial policemen in connection with described events.
The first legal proceeding will held in Medeu District Court of Almaty under chairmanship of the judge V. A. Tokhtarbayeva on March 03, 2009.
