The website of popular Internet-newspaper in Kazakhstan www.zonakz.net has been non-accessible for Kazakhstan’s and foreign Internet-users. It had happened at about 21.00 p.m. on February 18, 2009. As Chief Editor of Internet-newspaper Yuri Mizinov has said that the website was attacked by mass DDos-attack again. On February 19, 2009 at 14.00 p.m. website is out of access.
It was non-accessible from 19.00 p.m. (on February 13, 2009) to 14.00 p.m. (on February 14, 2009). Chief Editor of Internet-newspaper Yuri Mizinov has said that website had mass DDos-attack. Yuri Mizinov thinks that this attack had purposeful character and qualifies it as phenomenon of virtual terrorism.
