Website of News Agency “Novosti-Kazakhstan” had its clone

 

News Agency “Novosti-Kazakhstan” was registered in Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan on September 12, 2008. Founder of websites of the agency www.newskaz.kz and www.newskaz.ru have said that they had no any relation to the website www.newskaz.ru of News Agency “Novosti-Kazakhstana”.  

Website www.newskaz.ru has been as a clone. There was information, collected by correspondents of News Agency “Novosti-Kazakhstan” and placed on websites of the agency in free access. The information of website-clone had no any references to News Agency “Novosti-Kazakhstan” and without any consent of employees of the agency. Employees of News Agency “Novosti-Kazakhstana” had data that none mass media with title “Novosti-Kazakhstana” was registered in Ministry of Culture and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

They have addressed to unknown developers of the clone. Its copyright was made in 2009. It was necessary to make reference to original under usage of strange information. They have thought that it was incorrect way to use title of the website. It was differed for one letter from title of acting of mass media of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
