Employee of correspondent point of TV Channel “CTC” was beaten by policemen in Ust-Kamenogorsk

As KazTA informed driver of East Kazakhstan correspondent point of TV Channel “CTC” Andrei Frolov was beaten by policemen in the entrance of his house. Andrei Frolov had numerous traumas; his teeth were dented, eyebrow was slashed and rib was broken. There were abrasions and bruises on his face. Andrei Frolov has said to KazTA about it.

He has said that young people, who lived near him made disorder in the entrance. Andrei has called to police. There were three policemen. One of them has come to his flat and two policemen had been on landing with Frolov. Policeman has left his flat and said that it was necessary to search Andrei and his flat. After that he was trussed, put handcuffs, floored, beaten and pushed. These three policemen did not introduce themselves and reply on questions of Andrei.

Medical examination was made to driver of East Kazakhstan correspondent point of TV Channel “CTC” Andrei Frolov. He was conveyed to District Department of Internal Affairs and City Department of Internal Affairs. Policeman has written evidences in spite of Andrei. There was untruth information. Andrei has taken a pen and crossed out untruth information in spite of strong pain in his hands. Andrei Frolov has addressed to service of personal security of DIA of East Kazakhstan region with a statement. The investigator has asked for him about his administrative sanctions, friends, but not about this incident.
