There will be “on-line conference” of draft law “On Internet” on Internet portal “Centre of gravity” from 13.00 a.m. to 14.00 p.m. on January 28, 2009. The draft law “On Amendments into Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan of information and communication networks” will be discussed. Kazakhstan’s lawyers think that draft law contributes censorship and is contrary to Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
