Senate has ignored proposals of journalistic community

On January 15, 2009 Senate of Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan has adopted governmental draft law “On Amendments into Some Legislative Acts of Mass Media” of the Republic of Kazakhstan in first and second reading.
Senators did not engage any of the proposals of the journalistic community to draft law.
Now, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan has to take decision. New law will be directed to signature.
