Court refused the appeal of Gennady Benditsky's children

On October 15, the Almaty City Court heard the appeal of the heirs of the famous journalist Gennady Benditsky - his children Oleg and Catherine.
The son and daughter of the founder of Ratel.kz asked to rule illegal the order number 2 of the Information Committee of the Ministry of Information and Communications of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 18 “On declaring the registration certificate Ratel.kz to be no longer in force", cancel it and to remedy the breach of their rights and interests protected by law.
In summer, they filed a similar lawsuit to the Auezov District Court of Almaty, but it was dismissed
The Appeals Board found the order of the Ministry of information legal, and refused the Benditskys' appeal
