Court satisfied motion on Seitkazy Matayev parole

The court has satisfied the motion on parole of Seitkazy Matayev, head of the Union of Journalists of Kazakhstan, said his lawyer Madina Bakiyeva.
"The court has satisfied the motion on parole of Seitkazy Matayev," said M. Bakiyeva.
She said the court's ruling will come in legal power in 15 calendar days if it is not protested.
However, the court has not relieved S. Matayev of additional penalty in the form of deprivation of right to take administrative posts connected with organization-distributional, materially responsible functions in the state and commercial organizations.
