Correspondent of the republican newspaper «Express K» in Akmola region Nurzhan Baymuldin was working on the article about the victims of the financial pyramid. At first, he tired to talk to the administration of the judicial executors of the Akmola Justice Department asking them about the recovery of money from the convicted fraudsters. After he failed to received the requirred information verbally, Baymuldin sent an official request to the blog of the head of the Department of Justice. Instead of three-days peiod for providing answers to journalists requests stipulated by the media lagislation of Kazakhstan the answer from the Department of Justice came in four days.

The journalist filed a complaint to the Akmola regional prosecutor's office for violating the terms of information provision. The supervisory authority sent a complaint to the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Soon the Personnel Department the ministry informed the correspondent that the violations were confirmed, the head of the department of proceedings enforcement got a reprimand, the head of the department of law-explaining work was admonished.
