Administrative persecution can be enforsed with respect to journalists Nurzhan Baymoldin and Saule Kusainova for presence

On October 29, 2010 journalists of newspapers "Megapolis" and "Oko" Nurzhan Baymoldin and Saule Kusainova have been in foyer of Kokshetau City Court during final legal proceeding. There was a high-profile case. A Head of Department for Organized Crime Control of Akmola oblast was charged with illegal wiretapping and abuse of power.
Journalists wanted to speak with trial participants after closure of the proceeding.
Some times later, senior bailiff Bolat Aytmagambetov came to them. He was interested in goal of presence of journalists. Bolat Aytmagambetov has accused them in nuisance and asked them to vacate the court. Otherwise, he promised to call to police and institution of administrative case.
Journalists could avoid the conflict during closure of proceeding and have an interview with trial participants.
