Administrative Commission has denied transfer to penal colony settlement to Ramazan Yesergepov

On September 24, 2010 Administrative Commission of Standard Regime Penal Colony No 158/2 of Taraz has denied transfer to penal colony settlement to Ramazan Yesergepov (he did not ment his way). It was done before making of statement of Ramazan Yesergepov, related to the transfer.
Earlier, editor-in-chief of the newspaper "Alma-Ata Info" R. Yesergepov was arrested on January 06, 2009 and sentenced to three years of imprisonment in standard regime penal colony. He was charged with divulging of state secrets. The charges stemmed from article "Who rules our country the President, or the Committee of National Security (CNS)?", published in the newspaper "Alma-Ata Info" on November 21, 2008.
Ramazan Yesergepov is served his sentence one year and eight months. He made claims of mitigation of service sentence system several times. On January 12, 2010 administration of colony has denied release on parole to Ramazan Yesergepov; on January 26, 2010 it has denied transfer to penal colony settlement to Ramazan Yesergepov; on July 13, 2010 administration of colony has denied release on parole.
On August 04, 2010 Ramazan Yesergepov has asked the administration of colony about substitution of unserved part of punishment. But, administration of colony dismissed it.
Human rights activists and journalists informed about illegal accusations, brought against editor-in-chief and violations of rights Ramazan Yesergepov during investigative process, legal proceeding and imprisonment.
