Settlement distribution rule of domain sphere of KazNet was tightened

The project "Rules of registration, usage and distribution of domain sphere of Kazakhstan's Internet-segment was released to public. Internet-server should be on territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan during registration of domain name. This norm has been in rules. It was repealed in March 2010.
This project proposed deregistration in a case of failure to provide additional information for registrator. There was no any concrete information for the registrator.
In some cases registrator made deregistration promptly. The same norm has been in acting rules. Violation of economic and financial activity of commercial websites was caused by instant suspension. It led to civil law consequences, infliction of matrial damage and moral harm.
Norm of suspension, or termination of the functioning of Internet-resources were not coordinated with terms according to court order.
Administrator of domain name KZ made and affirmed order of registration prolongation of domain name, changes of information on domain name and transfer of domain name. Actually, it could change adopted enactment voluntarily (it meant rules).
