Journalist of newspaper “Bukpa” Arman Zhaniev was beaten

On May 02, 2010 journalist of independent newspaper “Bukpa” Arman Zhaniev was attacked. As a result of it he could not go to work.
Arman and his friends went out town and rested in the forest. They were attacked and beaten by servicemen of Office for Organized Crime Control of Department of Internal Affairs. Officers of Office for Organized Crime Control of Department of Internal Affairs have been in uniform and in masks. They did not give any explanations by this case. Arman and his friends were released an hour and a half.
Reasons of this incident were elucidated.
