Camera man of TV Company “TAN” Abzal Agaliev was beaten at meat processing and packing factory of Almaty during fire on March 18, 2010. He had slashed lip and smashed nose. First medical aid was given to him.
Film crew came to meat processing and packing factory of Almaty. Executive Director of LLP “Nuralem” Kadyrzhan Mazhinov was unsatisfied by actions of film crew. He has tried to take video camera and slash it. He began to beat camera man and insult him. Police Officers of Zhetysu Department of Internal Affairs came to there. Victims and suspected person were sent to Zhetysu Department of Internal Affairs.
Chief Editor of TV Radio Company“TAN” Sergey Tserbakov has said that Head of Legal Office of TV Radio Company“TAN” Daulet Zhumabekov went to Zhetysu Department of Internal Affairs. Journalists were intended to address to court after making of impartial assessment by police officers of Zhetysu Department of Internal Affairs. They insisted on recovery of material and moral damage.
