Journalist Mikhail Kozachkov will stay under arrest till March 18

Yesterday Mikhail Kozachkov announced in his Telegram channel the expected investigating court hearing on extending the term of his arrest. According to him, an "emergency" hearing was scheduled for 4 PM 16.00, but then it was postponed till 10 AM on Monday.
The reason for such a haste is not clear, since the term of Kozachkov's arrest expires only on February 18th.
Today it became known that the Specialized Interdistrict Investigative Court of Almaty extended the term of arrest of the journalist till March 18, 2023.
