Journalists of newspaper "Moya Respublika" have addressed to judge They asked her to explain judgment for defendant

Owner of the newspaper "Moya Respublika- Facty, Sobytiya, Ludi" (LLP "ADP Ltd") has addressed to judge of specialized inter district court of Astana R. Zhakanova. He asked her to explain the judgment, which came into effect on February 17, 2010. Servicemen of ministry of communication and information failured the re-registration of newspaper. The court has recognized it as illegal.
Owner of the edition has said that the judgment was come into effect lately. Representative Officer of Committee of Information and Archives of Ministry of Communication and Information of the Republic of Kazakhstan Damir Medinamov has said to reporter of the newspaper "Golos Respubliki" that they would not consider application for the re-registration of newspaper"Moya Respublika- Facty, Sobytiya, Ludi". They should not provide certificate re-registration, according to judgment.
But, editorial staff of the newspaper has been of a different mind.
Plaintiff and defendant understood the judgment in different way. Journalists addressed to judge. They asked her to explain commitments of defendant and give the judgment, according to law of the Republic of kazakhstan.
