According to the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounts of the State Office of Public Prosecutor  of the Republic of Kazakhstan, courts of the Republic of Kazakhstan considered 46 cases under art. 174 of the Criminal Code in the first half of 2018. The number of defendants in those cases was 57 people. 41 of them were sentenced to various types of punishment.
