Magazine "ADAMbol" is on the verge of bankruptsy according to ruling of cassation instance

On September 05, 2014 Medeu District Court of Almaty has awarded judgment, according to suit about protection of honour, dignity and business reputation and admission of discredited disseminated information of deputy for imam of mosque "Imangali" (Atyrau) Ersyn Amre which was filed it against owner of magazine "Adam Bol – LLP "Adamdar" ("People"). The defendant should recover 2,5 millions KZT (1USD=182.00) as moral damage compensation for imam Ersyn Amre and should refute information which was published in the article "Kazakhstan's front of Syria's war" (magazine "Adam Bol" №7, dated 21 February, 2014).
In article, in particular, there was following information, that Ersyn Amre has been one of the henchmen of khabashits in Kazakhstan and received "helpful hints" from abroad; there were photos which were posted there, without his consent and in his opinion with abusive cut lines. The court of cassation has increased tenfold amount of compensation of moral damage of E. Amre; owner of magazine "ADAMbol" should recover KZT5000000 for him.
On October 27, 2014 Appeals Instance of Almaty City Court has partially changed decision of Medeu District Court (Almaty) on recovery of KZT two million and five hundred and thousand (1USD=180.87) of compensation for moral damage from owner of magazine "Adam Bol- LLP ADAMDAR ("PEOPLE")", coadjutor of imam of mosque "Imangali" (Atyrau) Ersyn Amre. The magazine "ADAMbol" is on the verge of bankruptsy because of increase of amount to KZT5000000 (1USD=180.87). The editorial staff of magazine has issued a press-release on November 26, 2014. They believed, that ruling of cassation instance has been political put-up job on the side of state authority. There were, probably interested persons from top of force structures. Today, we have a deal with trial which was held by order of somebody. It has become "peculiar finishing shot" for editorial staff of magazine. We would like remind you, that November 20, 2014 distribution and realization of instalment of magazine "ADAMbol" was prohibited, according to court ruling, "prior to judgment".The first trial will be held in Medeu District Court of Almaty and presided by judge A. Abisheva on November 28, 2014 at 10.00 a.m.
