"Adil Soz" is going to apply to the deputies of the Senate of Parliament on mass media bill

 So, it happened: the deputies of the Mazhilis voted unanimously for the draft amendments to the law on mass media. We would like to ask them one question: why did you approve a bill that contradicts the law "On Legal Acts"? We have more questions to the Minister, Mr. Abaev. He does not lie to journalists, he just does not talk to them. According to him, the rules on banking and medical secrets exist in our legislation for more than 20 years, but he does not say that there have never been any exact definitions of family and personal secrets. Their (officials and deputies) explanations that it means the secret of adoption are of evil. Family and personal secrets can meant anthting and judicial practice will soon confirm this. Adil Soz is going to apply to the  deputies of the Senate through the open letter and to ask these and some other quiestons on the bill  adopted by the mazhilis
